Something happened while I was away: fall arrived.

I came home to red and gold trees…and chilly weather.

The 90 degree weather of the past week is a distant memory now.

I turned on my heat and sipped hot chocolate in my plaid flannel pjs. #fall.

A positive: kale is here! Seeing it in the store made me almost as happy as finding that spaghetti squash (almost).

Naturally, I made some delicious kale chips tonight. And ate them all.

Bring it, fall. I’m ready.
