And suddenly…Spring is here.

I realized today that I appreciate Spring so much more after enduring a bleak Winter.

Once again, it seems like the population doubles in size this time of year. Which is really close to confirming my suspicion that everyone really does just stay locked up all winter.

The ice cream lines are long again.

The grills are out on the balconies.

Suddenly, everyone is a runner.

I wake up to birds chirping and flowers blooming.

I’ve biked to work the last few days and I’ve been enjoying evening strolls on the river.

I don’t have any trips planned for April (yet). So I might just take the month to chill and enjoy the best time of year in Europe.

Or maybe I’ll take a weekend train to Paris to enjoy it there!
